1. Floor Plans For Business Offices

As Hans pointed out, Visio is the best 'dedicated' 'Office' application. Even though it is not actually part of any Office bundle (so how can it be an Office application ...)
In the 2010 suite, PowerPoint and Word (and Excel) have pretty much the same drawing tools. Although they aren't intended for floor plans you could use the Insert tab > Illustrations group > Shapes drop down to create floor plans.
